For locally owned Thai food, Beau Thai has been serving the Evergreen community for nearly two decades.
Located in the Bergen Village Shopping Center, Beau Thai is a family-owned restaurant offering a comfortable spot for a casual lunch, dinner out, or takeout on one of those nights when cooking has become an unreasonable demand.
Owners Anita and Yubraj began their restaurant story in Asia, bringing their family recipes and culinary traditions to Colorado in 2001. After operating the Kathmandu Restaurant in Nederland, the family opened a restaurant in Evergreen in 2007. Their food combines the salty, sour, spicy, and sweet flavors that define Thai cooking, using ingredients such as fragrant lemongrass, chilies, herbs, and coconut milk.
Something for Almost Every Appetite
The Beau Thai menu includes familiar favorites such as green, red, yellow, and Masaman curries, along with Pad See Ew, drunken noodles, fried rice, soups, salads, stir-fried entrées, appetizers, and a children’s menu. Guests can select a spice level ranging from mild to Thai hot, although anyone ordering Thai hot should probably understand that confidence and good judgment are not always the same thing.
Beau Thai also offers made-to-order vegetarian and vegan dishes and can customize many selections based on dietary preferences. Beer and wine are also available for guests dining at the restaurant.
Dine In or Bring Dinner Home
Beau Thai works equally well for a relaxed meal at the restaurant or an easy takeout dinner. Orders can be placed by phone or through the restaurant’s online ordering system, with options for spice level and white or brown rice.

Hours shown on the restaurant’s website and third-party listings are not entirely consistent, because apparently even clocks require negotiation now. Check the website or call before heading over, particularly around holidays. Beau Thai is generally closed on Mondays.
Whether you are craving a warming curry after a cold day outside, meeting friends for dinner, or picking up noodles for the family, Beau Thai is another locally owned Evergreen business worth keeping in the dinner rotation.
