Traditions & Trail Days

June 2026: Local Foothills Events

As the foothills fully transition into summer, June brings a high-energy blend of Western tradition and mountain-town charm. With the longest days of the year ahead of us, the community calendar is packed with events that celebrate our heritage and the incredible landscape we call home. Whether you're here for the adrenaline of the rodeo or a quiet morning at the farmers' market, these June highlights capture the best of the season.

Evergreen Farmers’ Market (The Original!)

Tuesdays in June (June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30) 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

A local staple for over 25 years, this market is tucked away in the heart of town and offers everything from organic produce to raw French cheeses and fresh-baked bread. It’s the perfect mid-week excuse to slow down, grab some local microgreens, and enjoy a picnic by the mountains.

Sculpture Installation Day & Tours

June 6 I All Day (Tours at 10:30 AM) I Center for the Arts Evergreen

Watch the town’s landscape transform as new pieces are installed for the annual Sculpture Walk. If you want the inside scoop on the artists and their work, join the docent-led tour on Saturday morning. It’s a great way to see how the local arts community integrates with our natural environment.

June 10 I 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM I Buchanan Park Field

There’s nothing quite like live music in the mountain air. This beloved community series kicks off its June schedule at Buchanan Park. Grab a blanket, some friends, and enjoy local food trucks and beverages while the sun sets over the peaks.
